A: i love to eat. i would eat all the time if i could afford it, and if my vanity didn't get in the way.

A: the human

A: all of the above, i guess. aftershave, i'm sure i have, but can't remember why.

A: quit piano lessons. that was stupid.

A: request having a roommate rather than living in a single room my frosh year.

A: stay in the field i did for as long as i did, i imagine.

A: cactus.

A: i'm not sure. i don't quite have you figured out yet.

If you were at a party, and across the room you saw a very handsome man and your girlfriend chatting quite animatedly, what would you do?
A: i would be jealous and sad, and feel bad about myself. what i would do would depend on what type of mood i were in. ideally, i would either leave them alone, and entertain myself elsewhere at the party, or else i would join them, if the chattee looked interesting enough.

A: Yes

Why?
A: i have been riding the edge of insanity for as much of my life as i can remember. sometimes i feel like i have crossed over the line. i fear sometimes that life is a movie; that the things i believe are real are really make believe and just my fantasy life. sometimes that fear has proven more accurate than has my view of "reality." i think abou this a lot, and wonder really what it means to be "insane", and how imagination could ever really exist apart from it.

A: No

A: Yes

What was the most important scientific achievement in the last 50 years?
A: perhaps, the discovery of reverse transcriptase. we have so many more ahead of us. call-waiting was cool too ;>

A: confrontational, abrasive, rough around the edges, happy, hyper, spaztic, bizarre

How do you describe yourself?
A: eccentric, serious yet silly, sarcastic and cynical yet hopeful and idealistic, a little jaded, a bit neurotic, more selfish than i would like to be, outspoken sometimes, aggressive sometimes while still being insecure others, restless, moody, a bit devilish, spunky. at least that's how i feel right now.
